Oakview Mall- (Omaha, NE)


Oak View Mall is an enclosed shopping mall anchored by Dillard's, JCPenney, Sears, and Younker's in the west side of Omaha, Nebraska. The mall opened in 1991 and is 870,000 square feet of space over two-floors and has over 100 inline stores.

    The mall was developed by Melvin Simon & Associates, but put up for sale within a few weeks of opening. It is essentially a smaller and revamped version of the mall they built in Topeka, KS
