In the west-central part of Illinois, there is the town of Quincy,IL, and in that town, the Quincy Mall serves the area with anchor stores JCPenney, Bergner's, Sears and several small stores. There is little history found about this mall, so any input would be appreciated.
Here are pictures of the mall from July 2013, the weather was very strange that day, as seen by the lighting affects in the pictures, and it was Sunday, the mall closed at six, but the doors were still unlocked?

JCPenney announced yesterday that they will close the Quincy Mall store in April.
