New Stores coming to Orland Park, Illinois- Any Guesses?

What I can only imagine was one of the former John M. Smyth's Homemaker stores, before closing sometime in the early 2000's. This large, warehouse sized store then became a Carson Pirie Scott furniture store. As the location in Naperville, Illinois closed a year ago, seems that this store is downsizing quite a bit by splitting into six store, what was once only one, is quite impressive.

John M. Smyth's Homemaker's commercial listing the former Chicagoland locations:

This is all behind the Orland Square Mall, as it says in the commercial, my research checks out. This is something for me, and many resident's of Orland Park, Orland Square, LaGrange, and Tinley Park to look forward to as I do not know what any of these stores could be, maybe some stores in the area of relocating, and I know one of these has to be Bob's Furniture, as they are entering Chicago with 8 stores opening in February, one of which is listed in Orland Park, this has to be it.

What do you think these will be?

An article from the Chicago Tribune stating the opening of 8 Bob's Furniture locations, one of which is in Orland Park.
