Regency mall looks to be a now struggling mall in the Wisconsin town of Racine where the current anchor stores are Burlington Coat Factory, Boston Store, and JCPenney.
The mall opened in 1981 with original anchor stores Bergner's, Prange's.
Bergner's closed and became Burlington Coat Factory.
Prange's was converted to Younker's in 1992 and then closed in 2000. The space became a home store for Boston Store two years later, then closed and Steve & Barry's opened in 2004.
In 2004, Linen's N' Things opened in the JCPenneys wing that filled empty store fronts. Steve & Barry's moved to a smaller store in 2008, and Burlington took its place. Steve & Barry's closed in 2009 and became a furniture store that also closed in 2009.
Linen's N' Things closed and was a flooring store, then became HHGregg in 2012
In October 2013, Sears announced it would close the mall store by January 2014.
In July 2014, JCPenney put its store up for sale, and several of the mall stores closed, like Hallmark and the hair salons.
Here are pictures of the mall from October 2013, this was a Sunday, and the Sears went into liquidation the next day.
