"Let's Go To The Mall" is a song released in 1993 and is mainly about stereotyping how the typical teen girls in the early 90's experienced mall shopping.
This song drew immense popularity and a year of mall tours, followed by the sequal "Sandcastles in the Sand".
The song is now commonly known from an episode of How I Met Your Mother, "Slap Bet"and is centered around the fictional character Robin Scherbatsky when the gang finds out that she has been holding out on a big secret, and no one knows what it could be. To later find out that its her alter ego used during her days as a Canadian Pop Star and one the show Space Teens with best friend back then Jessica Glitter.
